The world is getting smaller every single day
In ever so many ways~
And only a few and the things that they do
Are killing our planet of bygone days~
Cutting down the trees in mass
Is just one of the very many things they do~
But we all have to breath on planet earth
And our forests are there for all this is true~
There has to be so many other ways
To fill their needs for what they seek~
Other solutions for their productivity
All and only for wealth and gain as we speak~
All the years of history upon this our earth
We never ever did such earthly harm~
The earth is hurting ever so badly
And only we can provide the needed balm~
With as much research towards better ways
So very many earthly problems simply would not be~
Not one of us could even breath at all
If not for the humble tree~
With all of todays would be experts
I refuse to believe in this day and age~
That there are not better ways that could be found
Before our planet turns that final page~
In all of earthly human pure common sense
If the powers that be all actually took a greater united stand~
Just maybe , Just maybe one beautiful day
Our earth,Our only planet home could be once again as grand~
