Walking at night
In the pouring rain
Tears mix with raindrops
As I walk down the lane
The rain it is ceasing now
My tears they still flow
My hearts aching inside me
But where can I go?
To escape from this torment
That you put me through
You really don't get it
It's my fault through and through
I cry in misery of
A time I once knew
When I knew such joy
Just being with you
But years they are cruel
They bring with them change
I don't know this man
This person who has changed
He exists on another plaine
Different to mine
Almost like a stranger
If he but give me a sign
That he wanted to go now
But he says he don't know
So why act this way then?
He confuses me so
I am in a limbo state
Filled with such pain
