~Don't Judge Me~
Don't Judge Me
sigs by skinny
The world, full of Haters
Isn't a place it used to be
Where friends were friends
Let us be who we were
Without Judging
Now if I wear my hair of blue
black clothes that don't suit you
Maybe my shoes are red and shiny too
Maybe my boobs in my shirt shine thru
It doesn't make us bad
Maybe you heard we tried pot
Stay out late alot
Dance and sing with our buds
Doesn't mean we are thugs
Didn't you do that too?
You have no faith in what we know
Right from wrong, truth from lies
Doing good, without trying
Good grades, respectful child
Why am I always accused of being wild?
How would you know
You are never home
You never have time
to listen to my problems
How can you judge me?
I am not like you
Don't judge me on what you did
Just because I look different
Doesn't mean
I'm following in your footprints
Haters are a dime a dozen
Either jealous of what you have
Pick on you for how you look
But you are my parents
Are you a hater too?
Don't judge me
for what you used to do
I am me, not you
Maybe you should love me too
Just as much as I love you
and don't judge me
Let me be me
without hypocricy
of who you used to be.
