My Song
My Song
This is my song
these words I have lined
I guess I am fine
just like everybody else
with too many bad impressions left
I am not all bad,
never pure though I have been
I am just me
identified by my sins.....
I have been jaded
full of razors
but I am not depressed
only for a few exceptions
and though I have roamed in streets alone
I have had friends that made beautiful choirs
sometimes the air was foggy
but my love I have seen some of the finest hours
my song....
my biography.....
This is my song
wrapped up in dialog
so many stories of where I have been
but to history
I am just the person you talk to
the friend, mother, lover, daughter
the person you never did know
and so my story
is a blessing I choose to show
thank you for visiting
thank you for staying
thank you just for being part of
no one knows me like you do
and I am so grateful for you.....
