When I see a rainbow arched in the sky high above,
Like God's Promise of hope, sending man His Love
My heart aches thinking of you far over the sea
Hoping your love will someday be sent to me.

I long for your arms around me, to hold me tight
When I am alone dreaming through a long night,
Your lips kissing me tenderly, I treasure the most
Desires beating in your heart causes mine to float.

~*~♥~*~
Hawaii's paradise over the sea, keeps you from me
It's rainbow promises are the same as what I see,
If you look up high in the sky and see destiny,
You will find our love promised is meant to be.

~*~♥~*~
Tradewinds will send your love from paradise land
Arms outstretched, I await the touch of your hand,
Desires unfulfilled until you are returned to me
My love waits, a rainbow promise far over the sea.
