TRANSCENDENTAL EXPERIENCES


Do you have them
Feel like your body can connect
To someone else like you're in heaven
Or at least getting very close

Do you run from them
Feel like it's out of control
When man used to fill the place
But he is married

It was wrong
Even had to write
A hundred heartunes's of song
Day or noon, supper-time or night

Do you transcend time and space
Do you go to another place
Where maybe fantasy's the way to go
When the day's long, got you feeling low

I don't know
And I can say
That it is so
Transcend with me and play

An angel's instrument
Let divinity be sent
Flow from me to you, you to me
Transcendental experiences alive in poetry

Quaking, breaking
Rising on the shore
More
There stored

In the signs
Of divinity
In you, in me
Let it fly free!
