Listen to your heart, don't tell him `good-bye

Missing him will only make you cry

Although it is the right thing to do

Emptiness will leave you feeling blue.

Night Dreams will come when he is out of sight

Leaving you tossing all through the night

Memories of yesterday when he held you close

Will be of your love he treasured the most.

Listen to your heart, he does not want to go

The passion you shared tells him so

Given the memories he holds so dear

Promises of love you made without any fear.

Tomorrow will bring sorrow you will surely feel

There is only one way your feelings can heal,

Honor the memories of his love from the start
