             They're  Only  Make  Believe

They  walk,  they  talk,  and  breath,
They  look  like  you  and  me
If  they  cut  themselves  they  bleed,
But  they're  not  real,
They're  only  make  believe.

They've  stolen  tears  and  mimicked
Smiles,  but  there's  nothing  real
Behind  their  eyes.

Life's  just  a  stage,
On  which  they  perform,  with  their
Mask  firmly  set  in  place,  tragically  for
Some,  the  mask  falls  off  too  late
For  them  to  see,  they've  fallen  in
Love,
With,  just  make  believe.
