Growing Old Together...
Your hair has thinned out on top
and what's left has turned gray,
Your eyes shows signs of aging
and getting worse everyday.
Your hands are stiff showing
you've worked hard in life,
Your posture is bent and your
face shows your strife.
Your gait is slow and unsteady,
though you are independant,
Your heart aches more but your
love is heaven sent.
Don't worry 'bout those little
things as long as your with me,
Cause your the reason I'm here
your love sets me free.
We still have our memories
that we can share,
Someday we will tell them to
whoever will care.
So with all of this I have
said,
I must add, I'll be with you
til we walk where
angels tread.
