(This little lyric was written just be funny. It's been a while since I wrote a hummorous one so I felt I was due.)
The Wedding Day Blues
I've got the wedding day blues
And I don't know what to do
In just a few short hours
I will lose all my powers
What was I really thinking
The results of my drinking
Say goodbye to all my booze
I've got the wedding day blues
I look into the mirror/ I see a once happy man
I am so good looking/ I had so many plans
My future looked so bright/ so bright I needed shades
My friends they all were jealous/ because I had it made
I had so many women/ who called me on the phone
My life was always busy/ I would never be alone
But all that would soon change/ one eventful night
I had too much liquor/ now I'm suffering from stage fright
I've got the wedding day blues
And I don't know what to do
In just a few short hours
I will lose all my powers
What was I really thinking
The results of my drinking
Say goodbye to all my booze
I've got the wedding day blues
I woke up in the morning/ with a pain inside my head
Lying there right next to me/ was this woman in my bed
I didn't recognize her/ I didn't know her name
But one thing I can tell you/ she was one homely dame
I rushed into the shower/ and before I could get wet
I noticed that her name/ was tattooed on my chest
I tried to rub it off/ when I heard a knock on the door
That's when she had entered/ and my eyes fell to the floor
I've got the wedding day blues
And I don't know what to do
In just a few short hours
I will lose all my powers
What was I really thinking
The results of my drinking
Say goodbye to all my booze
I've got the wedding day blues
Now it's time to make my entrance/ in front of all my friends
I wish that I could tell them/ that my life is going to end
The woman in the white dress/ is more than just a tramp
She's a man's worst nightmare/ because this woman is a man
I've got the wedding day blues
And I don't know what to do
In just a few short hours
I will lose all my powers
What was I really thinking
The results of my drinking
Say goodbye to all my booze
I've got the wedding day blues
