OLD GAL'S BIRTHDAY WISH
Now even my earlobes hurt,
And my sagging boobs aren't pert,
My outsized gut needs to be girt,
And I've forgotten how to flirt!
Now my white hair's much too thin,
And so's my wrinkled old skin,
Worn-out ears can't stand the din,
And my check won't buy me gin!
Now pep comes as a rare spurt,
And pain-free days are quite curt,
So my wish is not covert:
To revert to youthful days that wert!
