BOUNDARIES

What do I want on this beautiful day?
I want him and her to go their separate ways
I want him and I to understand
There cannot be people between this woman and man

Where one from two come together to be
It's a place for us not one from three
You cannot share your home life with another
When my boundaries prevent me from trying to recover

When I gave up him, it was for our cause
He is the past that's over as it was
It is not my life here and today
My open boundaries are for just one man to play

That one man is you, my Michael
I want us out of this cycle
I want the bond we have to last
I want you to move on, like me, give up the past.
