I feel your heartbeat close to mine
A steady cadence by divine design.
Time passes quickly as bigger I grow
Daily changes I wish you could know.
You keep me well nourished and snug
You are all around me like a body hug.
Everything around me I get from you.
I can even feel it when you are blue.
As my essence continues to transform
Your affinity for me turns from norm.
But, desperation clouds your mind
Panic driven fear makes you blind
Confused thoughts are drown in tears
Be still and know, Love conquers fears.
Imagine, instead a child to love and to hold
Life's a treasure more precious than gold!
My unexpected nature causes you strife
But please, don't do it, don't end my life!
Jesus sent me as His love gift to you
But, you gave me back before my debut.
You were mislead by secular deceit and lies
He can calm your anguished regretful cries.
On forgiveness and love my spirit thrives
My ‘choice' is showing you, Love still survives!
Know these Angel Eyes will watch over you.
So today you can begin to live your life anew.
I'm wrapped now in His blanket of light.
I'm cradled in His arms, and I'm all right!
