lifes path Pictures, Images and Photos

Life's Journey

Sun like a blanket on our skin
As we both begin
Strolling hand in hand
Heading towards that enchanted land

Pine scented trees
Bowing, bending through the breeze
As we walked by you and I
On our way to that beautiful rainbow in the sky

Warm flowers waved then drooped
As we stopped and stooped
To tie our shoes
Wondering which path to choose

The forest creatures all came out to greet
As we were eager to meet
Each and every one
Couldn't continue on until this was done

We stayed together
In all kinds of weather
Our journey becoming near
Reaching higher and higher each year

Sometimes in disguise
We kept our eyes on the prize
Reaching that beautiful rainbow
A radiant glow

Wanting to turn back instead
We kept on moving ahead
Forever friends today
Two sisters each gone their own way
