Sea Side contemplations
August's kiss of fire/
Contemplate summer's Ending/
The Sun's light creates/
A golden pathway to bliss/
Upon the rippled water/
Her happiness is traded
Universe of sand/
Salty kisses upon toes/
Bold pebbles submerged/
Beneath the smothering surf/
And the unknown will of god
The moon floats lazy/
Drifting through the thick night clouds/
Searches for the sea/
Sighs as she sees her lover/
Caress the face of the shore
Extravagant waves/
A microcosm of sand/
Glittering boldly/
Shells peek through the pounding surf/
Seeking home among the stars /
Dunes hide us from sight/
Grasses blown by gales of change/
Sway undecided/
Thin trees bend to winds desire/
Violent waves devour all/
