In God's Hand's (child abuse poem)
Child abuse, it comes in different forms, all of them are no better than the next one,
rather it be sexual, physical, mental, or neglect, all are equal in the end punishment
for the abuser. I wouldn't want to be around on their judgement day, God bless all those
little helpless children, for I know in my heart that they are in God's hands now.

There was a time when she looked
into his tiny round face,
And smiled at his tiny dimples
oh so full of grace.
Her heart filled with love for
this baby boy,
His only care in this world
was his favorite toy.
A toddler he would one day
grow to be,
The daddy left long ago
you see.
Another man stepped up to
the plate,
She didn't care much now
about her fate.
That little boy with the
bright ideas now alone,
He must keep quiet before
disipline to him be shown.
He doesn't understand his
Mother's voice,
But he does know that anymore
he's not her choice.
Where did those loving
moments go?
A long with those tender hugs
he will never know.
He's taken his blows with a
mighty fist,
Trying not to scream as his
arm would twist.
His Mother's not there to
protect him from harm,
No matter how much he turns
on the charm.
Now he rest peacefully with
no pain,
In God's arms his spirit
will regain.
Singing with the angels who
will show him love,
In his heavenly home
up above.
