 One Beautiful Day
I  gaze  at  you  before  you  wake
And  think  of  the  things  that
It  will  take,  to  give  my  sweetheart,
One  beautiful  day.

I  begin  with  a  gentle  nudge
To  awaken  you,  a  cheerful
Smile,  a  mug  of  coffee  too
I  plant  a  kiss  on  top  your
Head,  go  off  to  prepare  you
Breakfast  in  bed.

Ham  and  cheese  omelet,  hash  browns
And  toast,  a  hand  written  note
I've  placed  on  your  tray,  my  love
For  you,  I  try  to  convey.

A  refreshing  shower,  a  long  back
Massage,  I  want  this  day  filled
With  the  things  you  love.

Today  you  can  wear  whatever  you
Chose,  I'll  pretend  I  don't  notice
If  you  wear  red,  pink  and  blue
I  want  this  day,  to  be  beautiful
For  you, from  start  to finish,
All  the  way  through.

You  can  relax  I  will  drive,
We'll  hit  every  estate  sale  that
We  can  find,  hope  you  find  treasures,
That  will  make  your  eyes  shine.

Then  we'll  head  to  the  pet  shop
And  you  can  take  your  time  and  chose,
Fancy  guppies,  cat  toys  and  a
Dog  groomer  too.

Then  we  will  linger,  over  your
Favorite  Chinese  cuisine,  we'll
Remember  the  beautiful  moments,
Life  took  our  breath  away.

I'll  reach  across  the  table,  to  touch
Your  hand,  an  ordinary  day,  nothing
Grand  took  place,  but  you  smile
And  thank  me  for,  one  beautiful  day.
