 ABOVE   AND   BEYOND
Above and beyond duty
You stood by me true
When things fell all wrong
You knew what to do
You would stroke my cheek gently
Coax a smile from my lips
Swing your arms round about me
Come to rest on my hips

I would feel that a mountain
I could climb in one swoop
Your arms reaching out
To catch me and scoop
Me close to your chest
Your heart felt like thunder
Let no man stand here
And try to put us asunder
