Wives and Husbands
Honor Christ and put others first,
Prior to quenching your own thirst;
Sacrifice and willing to share,
Showing that you really do care.
Your spouse is a priority,
Whatever the plea that might be;
Assisting to fulfill a need,
Exactly how God has decreed.
You should be caring for your spouse,
Just like you take care of your house;
Repair when finding a mistake,
Never to postpone or forsake.
For God made husband and wife,
To be able to share in life;
Bonding together in a love,
That only God sends from above.
Just as Jesus had loved the church,
A husband does not have to search;
Because since the church is His bride,
And return to be by her side.
