Look What We Did

Look What We Did
Oh no!
The Berlin Wall is falling
Oh no!
President Kennedy has been shot
World War II is starting tomorrow
just what are we gonna do?
Because all thought that
we would never get through again
now turn around, smile
look what we did
Oh no!
The Vietnam War is raging
Oh no!
Segregation is in it's infant stages
and look up to see the scandal of Watergate
just what are we gonna do?
Because all thought that

Oh no!
Pearl Harbor attacked
Oh no!
Osama Bin Laden marks his evil on the map
here comes Sept 11th
and Hurricane Katrina
making New Orleans unsettled
just what are gonna do?
Because all thought that
we would never get through again
now turn around, smile
look what we did
Oh it's always gonna be happening
but we will make it
we are strong Americans
one nation under God
will always be the right formula!
