My Pearls
Oh how beautiful to look at
My pearls so blemish free
They range in different sizes
But each one a part of me
Started each through tender love
Then nurtured them with care
Polished to perfection
Raised through hope and prayer
Tears were meant for cleansing
And smiles to keep them warm
Laughter was their light
To chase away each storm
Personalities have varied
Making each of them unique
From tiny grains of sand
Pearls so pure and sleek
Four joys that fill my heart
