My Sanity and Insanity

Acquiescence

the metamorphosis,
the being of change,
feel yourself,
as you spread life's wings.

you reach out,
in search of a person,
you can call,
yourself.

you find acquiescence,
inside another's head,
outside my mother's womb,
in a changed state.

your pallette wiped clean,
by your inner Monet,
see possibilities endless,
before your dazed eyes.

who's feelings are you feeling?
beside each other's empathy,
clapping for the audience,
sink inside the God's bellows.

blown bubbles,
soar towards the heavens,
their life-long goal,
never to be met...

...at least, not yet...
