The Unfairness Of Angels

The Thoughts of Rocks
Twinkling salty waters
Flowing into an ocean so vast
A magnitude of elements
Laying upon white specs of broken castles
Like crumbs, stale and mouldy
Defending against blown kisses
Crashing upon granite
As the tide comes into roost
Painted skies of greys and blues
But at the midnight hour, always black
The thoughts of rocks
Staring, motionless, forever
