Heart Of The Matter
Silent Song, Unsung
I didn't want to speak the words,
You teased them from my tongue,
You wrapped them in a melody,
A silent song, unsung,
And crafted from a moment,
The master took control,
My hand on heart,
I pledge to you,
My life, my love, my soul,
My body now your temple,
Where you feast on pure delight,
Embraced in love and longing,
Two lovers taking flight,
And soaring to the heavens,
The lovers speak as one,
We journey on,
Through time and space,
And sanctify the sun.
