I am as angry as angry can be!
Because I feel like I've let myself down!!
Why? Because I promised myself!
That in tears and negativity I wouldn't drown!!
And my poem from earlier; ‘My Poetic Verse',
Has caused a lot of feedback for me!
I think it's because I was so positive then!
But now tears and pain are all I can see!!!
I really meant it, oh but I did!
And I still do, this horrible night!!!
It's just all the hours in pain I have been,
Have given way to self-pity over my plight!!
So sod it to heck then, I'm done!
I am not giving in anymore to this pain!
Focused and strong, strength where it belongs!
I am staying determined and strong!!
Cos I will not give in, not ever!
My life is precious and the only one I've got!
So damn it, damn it, damn it!!!
My self-pity needs to be shot!!!
So I've shot it in flames, can you see them?
Soaring way, way up high!!!
And that's where they'll stay forevermore!
Because I am determined no more will I cry!
Well, I will try I guess, its all I can do!
But tears are not a negative view!
They just release the pent up anger!
Well, if you had my pain, you'd feel like me too!
So then, I am focused again, oh I am!
Even though my pain is so out of sight!
So I off back to bed, to rest my head,
And stay determined to get through this night!
