Newspaper stories
Full of doom and gloom,
Wars and fires and death,
But what the headlines usually focus on
Is the size of a celebrity breast!

When all around us is falling apart,
The government lurch from one fo-pah to the next,
The ineptitude of these so called big-wigs,
Putting us all to the test!

Yet, who is sleeping with so-and-so,
How much cash from the divorce will she receive,
Who's fallen off the band-wagon again,
It makes me scream and seethe!

I only buy a newspaper for the crossword now,
At least they amuse me and make me think,
Until one of the clues was ‘who shaves Madonna's top lip?'……..and
I'm teetering towards the brink!
