Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
Coming out of love like a bad drug binge
The sound of falling was so crisp.
I thought I heard a shatter.
It was all spoken, a perfect lisp.
The hate fell with a splatter.
The day was dark, a cloudy doom,
It all fell in my lap.
I wasn't prepared to lie in this tomb,
My heart is made of cr(a)p.
It will not beat this lonely tune,
Instead it falls so silent.
So full of glow, just like the moon,
I hate when love dulls violent.
I'm lurking now in bursts of shade,
So hollow is my head.
I'd rather just be small and fade,
Alas, I swim in dread.
His eyes are all I choose to see,
These memories plague me so.
But with pristine, he doesn't flee,
But fade into my foe.
