Locked away

I must not think of you though I think of you…
remembering your sultry cold eyes
with a smile that could melt a thousand torn hearts
now only all I despise.
You took my soul but did not care to know
I was yours you had captured my heart
but you walked away and until this day
have always remained a sad part.
I have still had fun… I have held a gun
I have been helpless and ready to die
My life destroyed and reborn again
Yet I love you and do not know why?
I feel locked away in another place
where I never have the option to choose
you are always there to make a tear
in all in my life that I do.
So when I think of you and I will think of you
I'll just try to remember your smile
not your sultry eyes and those cold cold eyes
that live in my heart all the while.
