Hedges seven feet tall
Just to add to the confusion,
What is this place and
Why am I here?
I stepped inside
Merely on a whim,
Now is disastrous
I'm lost, I fear!
Mocking my life
With a series
Of bends and twists
And an exit I cannot find!
Chasing down avenues
That all lead
To the same point
And becoming ever entwined!
My relief as I see
The archway to freedom
An answer to what ails my soul
Now I have my reason
A happy life is now my goal.
