Within My Veins

Photobucket
i toss i turn but sleep evades me i keep hearing your voice
calling me from the grave inviting me to join you there
but i cant leave my room the crosses and garlic hold me tight
i feel your teeth sink deep within my veins

the night you came to me tried to take me into your nether land
poppa and monsignor rushed in with their crosses drove you out
my blood dripping from your mouth you fled my room and escaped
i feel your teeth sink deep within my veins

now each night i hear you calling to me begging me to your side
but they hold me fast trying to save my soul from your clutches
i live in two worlds now yours and theirs not quite in either
i feel your teeth sink deep within my veins

i must escape this prison of life or death or go completely mad
but i dont know how and you cant reach me anymore my devils pawn
will life be granted to me after all only i can pray for salvation
i feel your teeth sink deep within my veins
