There was a man who told me this as we were driving down the ditch near Tupelo on Forty-One a highway lost in time. He picked me up a hitch hiker young man headed on his own and this man had time to tell me the angles of his job. He told me he was a government sub-contractor making cabinets for houses just cabinet doors rally not building anything but adding them on the front of every cabinet door? A cushion job at the easy way café and the hardest it could be is getting there and back for this is what he told me. We make 45 dollars an hour for the government is crazy they pay money for some simple tasks that makes us all seem lazy. We have time for after work to play all day in bars and drink and watch the strippers making clothing disappear from naked bodies can you hear me boy? For eye was not rally listening eye had heard it all before and the only amusement in this story is the way eye left the car moving very quickly and hiding from pursuit because the easy way is often very wrong.
