WITHOUT YOU
My life is now so wonderful
With colours changing hue
A minute without your presence
Turns brightness into blue
A world that was so grey before
Has opened like summer flower
But when my darling you are not there
Feel drained my heart of power
I look to you for warmth dear
A cavern of ice to melt
A trickle turns to tear drops
My pain in heart not felt
One meet that lasts a lifetime
Two lives that blend as one
A brush of lips and touch of hand
In an instant you are gone
With memories locked in finest cashmere
Tied with silken lovers knot
My thoughts drift to faraway places
And appreciate the love we've got
