My Colostomy

I had feared you were lost to me…
now I've a colostomy
and my liver is pinned to my ar*e.
I thought that you'd walk away
now my stomachs a take-away
and from under my arm I now fart.
But you're here right besides me
to bed bath and wipe me
whenever the ‘odd' bag explodes.
I don't have to fear
that you'll not be here…
to clean out the sh*t from my hose.
Its so nice to know
that you will not go
when my p*ss bag leaks in the night.
and the clips on my skin
what holds the rest in…
ladders your silky black tights.
So my fears are now far away
like my bowels which they threw away
and you are right here to love me some more.
Please come close and kiss me dear
a little bit closer dear…
but don't slip on that bag on the floor!
