MY BLOOD
This blood that fills my life-line
This blood that courses through my veins
That bubbles through my being
And flows without restrain
Cut me and I will bleed
Cherry red liquor deep within
Smeared across my fingers
This is where life begins
Divest myself of oxygen
And food and water, I dare
Whilst blood is named as brothers
Something of which we share
For you alone are in my blood
In the deepest niche of my existence
You and I will always be
Puerile is the resistance
