Actions Compliment
laying here thinking of love taking a destructive path thinking of his pleas begging me to reconsider testing me with his words i love you so much it hurts words only speak truth when actions compliment them my mind is logical when words and actions differ something is wrong my convictions being tested to its fullest limit i must be strong i can not fall into that trap again my strength has to stay strong words only speak truth when actions compliment them his mind is a spiders web sticky with lies as his words lured me in i was so vulnerable to his charms like a moth to the candles flame i only wanted to believe his love was true his lies kept me deceived words only speak truth when actions compliment them now he has lost his tears do not reach me anymore hes a broken spirit now is his turn to learn what pain is all about maybe even grow from it just as i did all those lonely years only time can heal or a truer love words only speak truth when actions compliment them Vote for this poem
