I'm a little tipsy and light-headed
Intoxicated by sweet life itself
Happiness abounds and swells my being
Magic mirages appear by themselves
The pulse is beating in my garden
The sun pulls open the curtains of morn
Ruby roses show their sweet faces and shine
Dappled with dew from a whispery dawn
My heart sings a song light and fluffy
My skirt drags and pulls along the shale
Caught upon the stones of make-believe
Serene soul tells a fortuitous tale
Languid lupins and butterflies floating
There's a hole in the ground down below
A euphonious melody is playing out loud
And a sprinkle of stardust flows from the hollow
Beautiful creatures appear in transient glory
A captured breath in the evening tide
Exquisite figurines in an opal brigade
Dance light-footed in silver slippers they glide
Porcelain prettiness and cascading golden locks
Make a mockery of the grandeur that grows beyond
I reached to gently embrace their dainty frames
Gone in a flash of dusty rainbows touched by mystic wand
