Why are we prepared to be deceived?
It`s because when the truth is conceived
We have to face what we knew was true
And doing this makes us feel blue.
We`re only delaying the hurt we`ll feel
And we know that we have got a raw deal,
We let ourselves believe that all is well
When really we are in a living hell.
Let`s not let ourselves be deceived again
As soon as we suspect we must campaign,
We must seek out the truth and face the facts
And see how the perpetrator reacts.
