I Know Him
I Know Him
I know him,
seen that private smile
the one he saves only for me
even if it is every once in a while
I know him,
inside and out
his dreams, his desires
the ones he really cares about
I know him,
and some would say
he's all wrong for you
but they don't know
the sweet boy who keeps me company
they don't see
all that I do
maybe they are not looking hard enough
negative is way too busy.....
but I know him,
and for me that's good enough
approval I don't need
to ever be in love
