Oh God help us today to find your light,
To guide us right through the night.
Oh Lord teach us humbleness every single day,
So when we get lost we can always find your way
Because we know that pride goes before the fall,
Awaken our hearts when we hear your tender call.
Oh God make us obedient and teach us to love in all,
The way you want us to, and to love everybody, each and all
Oh Lord lessen our burdens every single day,
And help us face with courage and faith whatever that comes our way.
Oh God, remind us in time of trouble that your way is always the best,
And that no matter what and why, with you we can pass gloriously any test
