 Loves Pits

Your pretty face and hollow eyes,
your silver tongue weaving lies.
Your icy touch, your selfish mind,
rejecting my love, most the time.
I've given all that I can bear,
now I'll move on without a care.
Leaving you to the world you're in,
where you might never find a friend.
Thank you though for you showed me,
the way two lovers could never be.
Before I let another in my heart,
they'll have to tear my wall apart.
Then replace the love I could not find,
from a heartless woman so unkind.
Who thought only of herself and needs,
that had sweet fruit, yet bitter seeds.
