Dentist Visit
To the dentist I did go
This is all that I know
The filling is secure
My pain may reoccur
The tooth is sensitive to cold
This is the reason I was told
My tooth had started to rot
It broke off at the nerve spot
In two weeks it may adjust
In God I will continue to trust
If the pain gets worse in there
The nerve may need repair
The timing may seem wrong
But God will carry me along
December at work is inventory
My attendance is mandatory
I pray my employer will understand
That I will attempt to follow the plan
There is not much more that I can do
If my tooth needs taken care of too
