Mommy We Miss YouIn dreams I see your face so clear The way you'd laugh lights up my night The way you worked from dawn til dusk To keep us fed and clothed and loved. We mourn our lose that fateful evening But rejoiced because your pain was gone We can not truly comprehend it For we were just your children. These memories are ours the keep Somewhere within the tattered heap Of all that life has to bring us Through all the trials we have to face Oh Mommy dear we'll not forget you You were the main spoke of the wheel For without your loving arms to guide us We'd surely not have made it here Just wait for us,for we are coming To meet you and Daddy there Just save my seat right beside you Until my chores are finished here.
