I believe in the afterlife
There's been strange things going on,
Occurances I can answer for
Since my Dad, has been gone.
About three days ago
My computer, shut itself off,
I was in the middle of a game
My heart felt sad, but soft.
I've been talking to Dad
Since he passed on Father's Day,
But, strange occurances don't stop there
They've been happening every day.
I've been asking him to do things
To let me know, he was here
Watching over me daily
While I shed my tears.
It was Tuesday night, if I remember
I asked Dad to do something else,
I heard a few noises that night
So many emotions, I have been dealt.
The next morning, I woke up
My calender was lying on the floor,
I remembered asking for something to be moved
Just from the night before.
Yesterday, I called upon Dad again
I had the blanket on the bird cage,
I had it tucked tightly between the cage and wall
But, it had got flung to the front, no lies, I tell upon this page.

I know my Dad is here with me. I have been asking him to do things, to let me know he was here. True enough, these things have been happening.
