Christmas Is Here

It's here again

That special time of year

Happy faces

Are filled with cheer,

Children becoming restless

Wondering what gifts Santa will bring

Christmas carols everywhere

Now and than I begin to sing,

Decorated trees

With lights aglow

Cotton balls cover them

To make a blanket of snow,

Presents wrapped in boxes with bows

What treasures they hold

We soon will know,
