Life's Challenge




Now that my life is near its end,
I sometimes wonder why it ever began.
I have forever struggled to get to
where I now am.

I ask myself often...
was it worth the struggle just
to arrive at this end?

The answer is a simple...yes!
For I have two great children
and a darling wife that will
love me until my days end.

I realize now that life was not
a struggle, but a challenge from
the beginning to the end.

An eternal challenge that all
mankind must face to win.
