 Taken Too Young
I am a little bit shy,
so I hide in the sweet
comforting darkness of night.
My heart is bound by fearful
longing and dark desires
that need not the light of day.
My soul is a cold empty vessel
filled with the stench of decay.
My mind knows only the evilness
of blood lust and violence.
My sordid life is forever bound
by a ravenous thirst for revenge.
For I was taken as a young man,
and cast into the realm of darkness
by a vile creature of the night.
