Testimony
There was no enchanted ring or magic tea
or peaceful rest from the serene sea that
could compare to his easy yoke,
My peace was settled when God spoke!
A peace far beyond my highest dream,
My hope rose like the misty steam,
Though the hellish night wouldn't relent
Let the wild birds circle...I am content!!
Before the night got darker and the hour passed
someone shouted out, "He wouldn't last!!"
But the Light of Peace strengthen my heart
And I illuminated like a light in the dark,
Until at last the hour came
and he, from heaven, called out my name
