~*~`DON"T BE CRUEL`~*~

` I once knew a man who lived in the City of Thames
He played the field with all un- suspecting dames,
In secrecy he wooed them with the craftiest of skill
To this day some of them un knowingly  love him still.

***

Clever little tricks he pulled on them in disguise
No one suspecting his evil ways he seemed so wise,
He'd promise true love to honor until his dying day
Leaving them crying as he went along his merry way.

***

He was fickle and cruel until he met her one day
A glamour girl who just wanted to tease and play,
She did not mean to keep her promises true
Which broke his heart and now he is crying too.

 ***

So remember when you play the field my friend
Tease and play will get someone hurt in the end,
It just might turn around and play you right back
For true lasting love is what all players lack!
