It was funny as a kid
Talking to the glaziers Next door to me It was a fantastic shop Whenever i was bored I could go out if the door was open and speak to them It was nice Of course no doubt the sweetest and nicest was Robert He was my favourite He was just so nice and sweet He'd talk to me for hours with time i became a little shy and he got upset He didn't like it when i didn't speak with him I moved then i hoped to surprise them years later and they were gone I thought i'd never see them ever again Well not too bad i saw Robert near before the time of the floods in SouthYorkshire I didn't recognise him at first, but i thought who is this Then i remembered him when i heard him speak I remembered that sweet lovely kind Voice I said Alright Robert and he replied to me in the sweetest way Well at least he never forgot me almost ten years later Isn't that sweet Awwwww I'll never forget you trooper You'll be in my heart forever You really were nice to me i had no friends when i was overthere at least i had you Vote for this poem
