Somewhere Over The Rainbow`
That's where I'll find you,
Never more to be feeling blue
My dreams have lifted me high;
Up yonder in that beautiful sky,
Where only you can make me sigh.

Somewhere over the rainbow,
Angels stand guard over us in sleep,
Our safety in the heavens, always they keep;
Showering our earthly lives with love,
Asking for blessings from God above.

Somewhere over the rainbow,
My thoughts seem to rely
On that beautiful peace should we wake,
To find our lives have been spared for His sake.
Mankind, family, friends, you and I, shall never die.
Somewhere over the rainbow, lies the reason why.
This poem was certified as a semi/finalist in the International Open Poetry Contest, with Poetry. com, and has been entered in the final competition to be held this month Jan. 2008.
It is also scheduled for publication in `Spring of 2008` to be featured in their coffee table edition,
